I’ve been hard at work making some cute little clay pumpkins to make a new banner. I originally wanted to do a cool graphic, but I haven’t been happy with any of my attempts, so I thought I’d go a different route.
I used Sculpey III clay in “Sweet Potato” and “Green Beans”. I just made little balls, then using a bamboo skewer I made lines for the pumpkin to create the shape.

I used the blunt end of a very small knitting needle to push down the top and make the pumpkins bulge a bit in the middle.

The stem was just a tiny piece of green clay that I twisted a bit in between my fingers. Here’s the finished banner!

I also had a little fun and made a button.

What do you think of them? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Super cute! I’ve made pumpkins before with sculpey clay and I love it. They are so easy yet cute! I love this better than a graphic!

I love this idea. They are so cute and imaginative! I like this type of idea so much better than a graphic type one.
