I love being a part of the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild (MMQG). I meet so many wonderful people and have made some really good friends. One of my good guild friends is also a pattern writer and I got to test out the instructions for the cute mini blocks you see here.

Kristin of A Little Crispy made these amazing Christmas stockings using these tiny 2″ blocks. I just tested one of each block and they were SOOO cute I made them into a little mini quilt.

The fabric I used for this little mini were bits of very old fat quarters that I got years and years ago. I think I was around 12. It was that long ago.

The tiny floral prints were perfect for the small blocks.

See how tiny they are. So cute!

The finished mini measures 8.5″ x 12.5″. For the back, I used a larger piece of one of the prints.
